It is with great sadness and our deepest sympathies that we mourn the loss of Dennis R Cook.

A longtime member of our Board of Directors and a wonderful member of our community, he will be greatly missed by all of us. His passion, dedication and commitment to make a difference in people's lives has had a big impact not only on Spectra Community Support Services but on the wider community as well. At this time our best wishes, thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Our services are confidential, easy to access, non-judgemental and are totally free. Many people don't feel comfortable sharing sensitive, confidential issues with family and friends. At times, they prefer to work through their options with an impartial listener. Some have nowhere else to turn. And, sometimes all that is needed is information about community resources. Remember, your well-being and mental health is important to us. Spectra Community Support Services is with you through life's challenges.
